- Come in for a chat on the couch: Enjoy a comfortable, face-to-face session in a welcoming environment.
- Talk online via a virtual session: Connect from the comfort of your home through secure video calls.
- Get outside to walk & talk: Engage in a therapeutic walk and talk session in a natural setting. A park bench work too!

Can facilitate existing training or design a bespoke program for your needs. My facilitation style is focused on participant engagement, practical know-how, and keeping things simple & meaningful.
